What happens after I booked my camping gear?

You will receive an email showing your order details with our banking details. Your order will be secured once we have received your proof of payment.
Where should I collect my order?

We are situated in Brackendowns, Gauteng, South Africa and we will send you our detailed address once payment reflects on our side.

Please feel free to contact us if your scheduled pickup/return times changes, we're here to listen and assist you with your planning.
What is the minimum amount of renting days?

3 Days
When can I expect a refund of my deposit?

This deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after the unit is dropped off and inspected, provided the unit and equipment are in good working order and undamaged.
What happens if I cancel my booking?
- 1 – 29 days prior to arrival – 10% of the total rental fee will be refunded
- 30 + days prior to arrival – 90% of the total rental fee will be refunded
